Within five business days, you will be contacted to arrange an introductory consulting session, during which we will also determine your preferred communication channel for direct issue resolution. Additionally, in this initial session, we aim to establish a regular monthly consulting schedule that aligns with your needs.

A. Stand By Me | Education Briefing Package

Plans Include:

3. Periodic reports from the Chair-CEO of Access Ready, Inc.
4. One hour monthly of consultation on a matter of concern.

The Stand By Me Education Briefing package can be upgraded at any time to the full On-Call Consulting Package.

All fees Charged in Advance excluding approved additional consulting hours and expenses which are charged in arrears.

• Semi-Annually (Every 6 months): $270.00 — Register and pay here.

B. Stand By Me | On-Call Consulting Package

Plans Include:

1. Use of the Access Ready Stand By Me logo.
2. 24/7 access to consulting experts including fifteen hours per quarter of one-on-one consulting time. Additional hours approved in writing in advance at a rate of $150.00 per hour billed after the fact.
3. Direct issue communication channel. This is so your employees and/or customers can advise of accessibility issues.
4. Expert participation in customer, employee, and product development events. Travel expenses and fees are charged separately after client approval in advance.
5. Comprehensive reviews of key areas like customer service and web presence.
6. Weekly Access by Email to:

   B.) AI-Weekly
   C.) Top Tech Tidbits
7. Periodic reports from the Chair-CEO of Access Ready, Inc.
8. Legislative consultation and market analysis.

Plans Do Not Include: Client required branded material or travel time and expenses.
